The Return the FAVOR (Find & Assist Veterans Of Record) Veteran Discount Program is a way that Montgomery County can recognize and thank our Veterans for their sacrifices and service to our Country.
Return the FAVOR is a merchant discount program for eligible Montgomery County Veterans.
Under the Return the FAVOR - Veteran Discount Program eligible County individuals may apply and will be issued a photo ID card (by the County Clerk’s Office) upon filing of their DD214 identifying them as a qualified honorably discharged Veteran.
Participating County businesses and merchants will honor the ID card presented by the Veteran with discounts on purchases and services or other offers.
There is no cost to participate for either the Veteran or Business.

Military Discharge
You may file your military discharge at the County Clerk’s Office. While it is not required, we highly recommend it. There is no fee to file your military discharge with us. To file, you must provide your original DD214 (with raised seal) and proof of identification (such as a driver’s license).
