Local Law 5 Authorizing a Lease Agreement Between Stewart Title KCS Land Research Corp and Montgomery County & Local Law 6 Establishing a Document Fee for Online Searching
Given the current State, Federal and County bans on large meetings due to COVID-19 in conjunction with Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1, extended by Executive Order 202.60, that suspended the Open Meetings Law, the Montgomery County Local Law Public Hearings scheduled for Thursday, October 8, 2020 will also be held electronically via teleconference at 10:00 am.
