Sealed bids must be received by the Purchasing Department at 20 Park Street, Fonda, NY 12068 on or before 9:30 am on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.  Bid will be opened publically at 10am.  

Bid instructions, specifications and forms are available on the county website. 

Bid responses must be extended to any political subdivisions within the State of New York that chooses to purchase from Montgomery county contracts or bids.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
