Bid 09-22 Lepper Road (CR 20) Roadway Widening

Notice is hereby given that the County of Montgomery is requesting proposals for Bid #09-22 Lepper Road (CR 20) Roadway Widening.  The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following:  Roadway Widening and Reconstruction.   All proposals must be received no later than Friday, May 20th by 2pm to the Purchasing Agent at 20 Park St, Rm 109, Fonda, NY 12068.  The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
