Sealed bids must be received by the Purchasing Department at 20 Park Street, Fonda, NY 12068 on or before 9:30 am on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.  Bid results will be emailed after the 10am opening.  Bids will NOT be opened publically due to COVID.

Bid responses must be extended to any political subdivisions within the State of New York that chooses to purchase from Montgomery county contracts or bids.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
