NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 103, Article 5-a of the General Municipal Law, that the County of Montgomery NY hereby invites the submission of mailed bids on the following:

Re-Bid No. 02-20 Public Works Materials

A-66 Bulk Ice Control Salt

Bid Proposal Certifications (Required for all Bids)

Mailed bids must be received by the Purchasing Department at the County Annex Building, PO Box 1500, Fonda, NY 12068 on or before 12:00 pm on Tuesday, May 12, 2020.   Bids will be opened and results will be posted on the County website due to the State of Emergency.

Bid instructions, specifications and forms are available at the County website www.co.montgomery.ny.us or contact the Purchasing Agent at jhernigle@co.montgomery.ny.us for further assistance.  All bids must be submitted on the bid forms provided in the bid documents.

Bid responses must be extended to any political subdivisions within the State of New York that chooses to purchase from Montgomery county contracts or bids.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
