Sealed bids must be received by the Purchasing Department at the County Annex Building, 20 Park Street, Room 109, Fonda, NY 12068 on or before 9:30 am on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:00 am at the County Annex Building, Room 111, Fonda, NY.

Bid responses must be extended to any political subdivisions within the State of New York that chooses to purchase from Montgomery county contracts or bids.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
