9/25/2018 - SECTION 009113.1 – ADDENDUM NO. 1

The following modifications to the Scope of Work are hereby incorporated into the Bidding Documents and the receipt of which shall be acknowledged by the BIDDER. 

1. The Owner has received three (3) requests for substitution during bidding, which have been reviewed by the Architect and are attached hereto under Section 002600.1 - CSI Form 1.5C, No. 1 thru 3. In accordance with the Procurement Substitution Procedures included in the Contract Documents, Procurement Substitution Requests will be received and considered by Owner when the conditions noted are satisfied. 
2. The Bid Date has been extended as follows:
   
   Sealed Bids will now be received by Montgomery County, through its Purchasing Department, c/o Scott Surento, Purchasing Agent, located at the County Annex Building, Room 104, 20 Park Street, Fonda, NY 12068, (Phone: 518-853-3351) until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, October 11, 2018, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.
   
   All requests for interpretations must be submitted in writing to Eric M. Mead, Commissioner of Public Works, at emead@co.montgomery.ny.us, at the above address, or telephone (518) 853-3814, for final clarifications by the ARCHITECT by no later than Thursday, October 4, 2018. Requests received after this date will not receive a response. Addendum will be issued to all Bidders who are known by the issuing office to have received a complete set of Bidding Documents by no later than Monday, October 8, 2018. Each Bidder shall ascertain prior to submitting a Bid that the Bidder has received all Addenda issued, and the Bidder shall acknowledge their receipt in the Bid.

There will be a Pre-bid Conference, on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. local time, at the Montgomery County Courthouse, located at 58 Broadway, Fonda, NY 12068, to review the Bidding Documents, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Attendance at this meeting is recommended as representatives of the Owner will be present. No additional pre-bid conferences will be scheduled.

All requests for interpretations must be submitted in writing to Scott Surento, Purchasing Agent, at ssurento@co.montgomery.ny.us, at the above address, or telephone (518) 853-3351, for final clarifications by the ARCHITECT by no later than Friday, September 21, 2018. Requests received after this date will not receive a response.
