NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids are sought by Montgomery County New York, according to Project Specifications for the Radio Communications Tower, Shelter Project and Site Work.

Prevailing Wage Statement

Sealed bids will be received by Scott Surento, Purchasing Agent, c/o the Montgomery County Purchasing Department, PO Box 1500 Fonda, New York 12068 Tuesday, March 6, 2018 until 2:00 p.m. Prevailing Time, and will then and there be publicly opened and read.

A Pre-Bid site meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Prevailing Time. The meeting will be held at 1233 Latimer Hill Road, Canajoharie, New York 13317, WNER411Mapletown (Latimer Hill Road) tower site.  Prospective Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in bids, or to reject any or all bids, or to make an award to other than the low bidder.

This shall be a prevailing wage rate project.
