Please note that the total Project Budget from RFP 05-17 for the Above Ground Art Storage Facility for the Arkell Museum at Canajoharie is being amended to $72,500 from $120,000. With the amendment of $72,500 all goals and scope of work still remain the same.
 
Due to the Project Budget amendment the Proposal Due date has been amended as well, with a submission deadline of Wednesday, November 8, 2017.

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Please take notice that Montgomery County is requesting proposals for RFP #05-17 Building Design Services Art Storage Facility Arkell Museum at Canajoharie .
 
Proposals should be secured in a sealed envelope with the notation “Building Design Services Art Storage Facility Arkell Museum at Canajoharie”. One original, five complete copies and a PDF formatted copy are required to be delivered to the county.

Proposals will be accepted at the Montgomery County Purchasing Department, c/o Scott Surento, Purchasing Agent, 20 Park Street, Room 104, P.O. Box 1500, Fonda, NY 12068 until October 30, 2017 at 4:00 pm.

All proposers must comply with the provisions of the General Municipal Law and all other applicable laws.  The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
