Notice is hereby given that the County of Montgomery will receive sealed bids for Bid #10-08 Item A-90-1 for a Counter Balanced Sitdown Rider Forklift. Bids must be received by the Purchasing Agent at the County Annex Building, 20 Park Street Fonda, NY 12068 on or before 10:00a.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2008. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:15a.m. at the Purchasing Department Office, Montgomery County Annex Building, Fonda, NY.

Bid documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Agent at the address listed above or by calling 518-853-3351. All bids must be submitted on the bid form provided.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
