Sealed bids must be received by the Purchasing Agent at the County Annex Building, Room 121, 20 Park Street, Fonda, N.Y. 12068 on or before 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 p.m. at the Purchasing Agents Office, County Annex Building, Room 121, 20 Park St. Fonda, NY.

Bid information, forms and specifications may be obtained from the Purchasing Agent's office at the address listed above or by calling (518) 853-3351. All bids must be submitted on the bid forms provided.

Proposals shall include any political subdivisions within Montgomery County that may want to purchase from county contracts or bids.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
