Notice to Bidders

Notice is hereby given that the County of Montgomery will receive sealed bids for: Bid No: 08-09 Transportation for County Coordinated Children's Services Program For: 2009-2010. Bids must be received by the Purchasing Agent at the County Annex Building, Room 104, Fonda, NY 12068 on or before 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at the Purchasing Department Office, Montgomery County Annex Building, Fonda, NY.

All bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Montgomery County Treasurer or a surety bid bond executed in due and acceptable form in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
