Notice is hereby given that the County of Montgomery will receive sealed bids for Bid #05-10 Deputy Sheriff/Correction Uniforms & Footwear.

Bids must be received by the Purchasing Agent at the County Annex Building, 20 Park Street Fonda, NY 12068 on or before 11:00a.m. Thursday, March 4, 2010. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 11:00a.m. at the Purchasing Department Office, Montgomery County Annex Building, Fonda, NY.

Bid documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Agent at the address listed above or by calling 518-853-3351. All bids must be submitted on the bid form provided.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
