Notice to Bidders
Notice is hereby given that the County of Montgomery will receive sealed bids for Bid 02-12 Office Supplies. Bids must be received by the Purchasing Buyer at the County Annex Building, 20 Park Street, Room 121, Fonda, NY 12068 on or before 1:30 p.m., Monday, March 26, 2012. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 p.m. at the Purchasing Department Office, Montgomery County Annex Building, Room 121, Fonda, NY.
Bid instructions, specifications and forms are available by clicking on the links or contact the Purchasing Buyer at (518) 853-3351 for further assistance. All bids must be submitted on the bid forms provided in the bid documents.
Bid responses must be extended to any political subdivisions within Montgomery County that chooses to purchase from county contracts or bids.
