Notice to Bidders

Notice is hereby given that the County of Montgomery will receive sealed bids for Bid 03-15 for a Toy Hauler Trailer. Trailer should include floor plan similar to a Forest River – Work and Play Trailer - 24FBW, external length of 22-26 feet with following standard/optional equipment. Kitchen stove, sink, refrigerator, cabinets, bathroom without shower, flip dinette benches with free standing table, extra entrance door, manual awning, fresh water tank, water heater, furnace, ‘D’ rings in floor, propane/batter rack, manual tongue jack and weight distribution hitch package. Preferred exterior color is white without graphics. Please include cost of delivery to Fonda, NY 12068 and any additional fees.

Bids must be received by the Purchasing Buyer at the County Annex Building, 20 Park Street, Room 104, Fonda, NY 12068 on or before 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 9, 2015. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 p.m. at the Purchasing Department Office, Montgomery County Annex Building, Room 104, Fonda, NY.
