Bid #04-16 for a LED Digital Sign for the New Public Safety Complex


Notice to Bidders

Notice is hereby given that the County of Montgomery will receive sealed bids for Bid 04-16 for a LED Digital Sign for the new Public Safety Complex. LED Digital board with the ability to change the message from anywhere there is Internet access. It would be single face (one-sided) and approximately 5’x10’ in size. The sign would also have the Montgomery County Emergency Services Logo with white LED’s 5’x5’ in size to the left of the digital sign, also single face. The bid should include all installation and a warranty on the sign for 5 years. The sign would be constructed on top of the current brick sign already in place.

Bids must be received by the Purchasing Buyer at the County Annex Building, 20 Park Street, Room 104, Fonda, NY 12068 on or before 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 23, 2016.  Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 p.m. at the Purchasing Department Office, Montgomery County Annex Building, Room 104, Fonda, NY.
