Extended Deadline Notice --------------------------

Please be advised that the deadline for RFP 05-16 for a Power Purchase Agreement Providing a Remote Net Metered System Photovoltaic Power Production System has been extended to Friday, June 10, 2016 at 4:00. In response to questions and concerns received from several potential proposers Montgomery County will be posting an addendum clarifying certain elements of the RFP. Additionally, Montgomery County will also post a Q&A section, relative to the RFP to its website. Any proposers that have already sent their proposal to the County may request that the proposal be returned un-open to them and re-submit a proposal by the new due date.

Notice is hereby given that the County of Montgomery is requesting proposals for RFP #05-16 For a Power Purchase Agreement Providing a Remote Net Metered Photovoltaic Power Production System. Bid documents can be viewed by clicking on the link below or contact the Buyer at (518) 853-3351 for further assistance. All proposals must be received by the Purchasing Department at the County Annex Building, 20 Park Street, Fonda, NY 12068 no later than 4:00pm Tuesday, May 31, 2016. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
