Notice is hereby given that the County of Montgomery is requesting proposals for RFP #01-16 For a Power Purchase Agreement Providing a Remote Net Metered Photovoltaic Power Production System. Bid documents can be viewed by clicking on the link below or contact the Buyer at (518) 853-3351 for further assistance. All proposals must be received by the Purchasing Department at the County Annex Building, 20 Park Street, Fonda, NY 12068 no later than 4:00pm Tuesday, January 26, 2016. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
