Schoharie County, Otsego County, Montgomery County

The Counties of Schoharie, Otsego and Montgomery seek proposals for the management of three closed landfills historically used by the Counties and currently [until April 30, 2014] managed by the Montgomery-Otsego-Schoharie Solid Waste Management Authority [MOSA]. The full Request for Proposals which defines the scope of work is available on Otsego County’s website www.otsegocounty.com

Sealed proposals are due no later than 3:00 PM EST Monday February 17 18, 2014.
