All proposals must be submitted to the Purchasing Department at the County Annex Building, 20 Park Street in Fonda, New York 12068 on or before close of business 4:00pm September 28, 2012.

Montgomery County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional proposals.
