RFP #01-07 Pharmacy Services

Notice is hereby given that the County of Montgomery is requesting proposals from qualified providers for RFP #01-07 the provision of Pharmacy Services at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility, located at 200 Clark Drive, Fultonville, New York. The Pharmacy Services must comply with the New York State Department of Health Regulation, Title 10, Chapter 10 (Volume C), Sub-chapter A, Part 415.18- Pharmacy Services. All proposals must be received by the Purchasing Department at the County Annex Building, 20 Park Street, Fonda, NY 12068 no later than 4:00pm Tuesday, March 27, 2007. RFP documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Department at the address listed above or by calling 518-853-3351. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
