Notice to Bidders
Notice is hereby given that the County of Montgomery will receive sealed bids for Bid 03-12 Transportation for County Coordinated Children's Services Program for 2012-2015.
Bids must be received by the Purchasing Buyer at the County Annex Building, 20 Park Street, Room 121, Fonda, NY 12068 on or before 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 1:00 p.m. at the Purchasing Department Office, Montgomery County Annex Building, Room 121, Fonda, NY.Bid instructions, specifications and forms are available by clicking on the links or contact the Purchasing Buyer at (518) 853-3351 for further assistance. All bids must be submitted on the bid forms provided in the bid documents.
All bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Montgomery County Treasurer or a surety bond executed in due and acceptable form in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid.
