BID #07-16 for the Turn Key Replacement of the Uninterruptable Power Supply at the Public Safety Facility

Notice to Bidders

Montgomery County is seeking proposals from qualified electrical bidders for the turn key replacement of the Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) Unit #1 in the Control Room of the Public Safety Facility, located at 200 Clark Drive, in Fultonville, New York, and the associated Surge Suppression Device (SPD), which has failed. The project will consist of four phases, to limit impact to operations during the construction and final system commissioning/startup. The existing building is a secured detention facility requiring all work to be properly coordinated to ensure efficient and orderly installation and proper operation.

Bids must be received by the Purchasing Buyer at the County Annex Building, 20 Park Street, Room 104, Fonda, NY 12068 on or before 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 30, 2016.  Bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:00 a.m. at the Purchasing Department Office, Montgomery County Annex Building, Room 104, Fonda, NY.
