WHEREAS, in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, the Fulton-Montgomery-Schoharie Workforce Development Board, in consultation with its Chief Elected Officials, must develop a Local Plan for July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2021; and

RESOLVED, that the Fulton-Montgomery-Schoharie Workforce Development Board is hereby authorized to submit a Local Plan to the NYS Department of Labor; and

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Executive, after review and approval by the County Attorney, is hereby authorized to execute the Signature of Chief Elected Official acknowledging the submission; and
