Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at Amsterdam High School. First Appointment is at 2:00 pm. Second dose appointments will automatically be scheduled for Thursday, June 3, 2021… same location and same appointment time. Now open to age 12 and up

Just some reminders:

• If an individual has had a severe allergic reaction to a vaccine or other injectable medication they do not qualify for this event.
• If an individual is currently pregnant they do not qualify for this event.
• If an individual has received ANY other vaccine 14 days prior to the event they do not qualify for this event.
• If any individual has received COVID-19 Antibody/Plasma therapy in the last 90 days they do not qualify for this event
• If any individual has been ill with fever or FLU like symptoms or are on quarantine because of exposure to COVID in the 10 days prior to the event they do not qualify for this event.
• If any individual is currently on steroid therapy or chemotherapy/radiation they need clearance from their MD to get vaccine.
