Snowmobile Unit

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office maintains a Snowmobile Patrol Unit that operates at various times during the winter. Deputies perform routine patrol of popular snowmobile trails and concentrating on areas where there have been complaints filed regarding violations of various laws and regulations regarding snowmobiles. They work closely with Snowmobile Clubs located through out the County to make the trails in our County a safe place for families and tourist. Deputies assigned to the Snowmobile Patrol Unit are certified for Snowmobile Patrol.
