DARE

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office D.A.R.E Program objectives are to educate our youths about issues such as alcohol, tobacco, violence prevention and substance abuse. The students also learn methods of how to resist the pressures to begin using drugs.

Our D.A.R.E. Program is resented in a classroom setting by Deputy Heather Harder at the following Schools:

• Fonda-Fultonville Central School
• Canajoharie Central School
• Fort Plain Central School
• Oppenheim Ephratah St. Johnsville School

Students will participate in classroom discussions and activities which include individual and group role participation.
