RFQ for Request for Qualifications for Architectural/Engineering Services
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING DESIGN, DEMOLITION, BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION AND INSPECTION SERVICES
Montgomery County is applying for Community Development block Grant-Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”) funds from the New York State Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (“GOSR”) NY Rising Community Reconstruction (‘NYRCR”) Program for the acquisition, demolition, design and construction of the Public Park for Fort Hunter project.
Montgomery County is interested in procuring the services of an architectural/engineering firm to perform all preliminary and final design plans and specifications for construction; assist in the necessary environmental review; assist with the review and the development of plans; and to conduct all necessary due diligence; if the project is successful in being funded under NYRCR Program.
The procedures for the selection of this firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirements of the Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”) funds from the New York State Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (“GOSR”), NY Rising in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system identified in the Request for Qualifications package. That package also identifies the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.
Montgomery County will award the contract to the respondent obtaining the highest score in the evaluation process.

Packages may be obtained from Montgomery County upon request or by email at ssurento@co.montgomery.ny.us The response to this request must be hand delivered or mailed to the above named person at the above named address in such a manner that it is received no later than 2:00 PM, April 16, 2018.
