Notice is hereby given Montgomery County is accepting sealed proposals for
RFP #02-08 COMPREHENSIVE PROPERTY, LIABILITY AND FLOOD INSURANCE.

Prospective respondents can contact the Purchasing Agent at the County Annex Building, 20 Park Street in Fonda, New York 12068 or by phone at (518) 853-3351 between the hours of 8:30am & 4:00pm Monday thru Friday to request RFP specifications and forms necessary to submit a responsive proposal.

All proposals must be submitted to the Purchasing Department on or before close of business 4:00pm October 31, 2008.

Montgomery County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional proposals.
