WHEREAS, Director of Public Health Sara Boerenko has received funds from OASAS to assist County Jails in operating MAT Programs;

RESOLVED, the Montgomery County Legislature hereby authorizes the County Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to amend the 2024 Operating Budget as follows:

INCREASE REVENUES:
A-15-3-3402-00	State Aid-Medical Assistance	$103,000.00
INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS:
A-15-4-3150-00-.4431	Professional Services	$103,000.00
