WHEREAS, Article 5, Section 225-A of County Law provides for appointment of members of the County Fire Advisory Board by the Board of Supervisors,

RESOLVED, that the following are hereby appointed as members of the Montgomery County Fire Advisory Board for a one year term to expire December 31, 2004.

MOTION TO AMEND by Supervisor Schumann, seconded by Supervisor Dybas,to strike Richard Sager of 6 Horseshoe Drive, Johnstown, New York representing the Fort Johnson fire department from the list of appointees was defeated with Aye(301).  Supervisors Schumann, Cechnicki and Stagliano voted Aye.
