Local Law No. 10 of 2002 - A local law Authorizing the Private Sale of County-Owned Property, Not Needed for a County Purpose
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery
has determined that County-owned real property parcel, known as SBL No.
64.-1-50, located on in the Town of Palatine, is no longer necessary
for public use.
SECTION 2. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery
hereby authorizes the sale and conveyance of all the right, title and
interest of the County in and to said real property to Stephen Marks
for the sum of $225.00.
