Local Law No. 9 of 2002 - A local law Authorizing the Private Sale of County-Owned Property, Not Needed for a County Purpose
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery
has determined that County-owned real property parcel, known as SBL No.
142.-1-18, located on County line in the Town of Charleston, is no
longer necessary for public use.
SECTION 2. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery
Hereby authorizes the sale and conveyance of all the right, title 4nd
interest of the County" in and to said real property to Orinda LaLumia
for her use. Orinda LaLumia agrees to pay the County of Montgomery
$1.00, administrative fees and fees relative to the deed filing.
