County of Montgomery Local law no. 7 of the year 1992
A local law Authorizing the sale of county owned real property not needed for a county purpose, at a private sale
Be it enacted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery as follows:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montg01Rery has determined that County owned real property bearing tax map identification number 35.11-1-17 is no longer necessary for public use. Said real property is located in the Town of Mohawk.
SECTION 2. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery does hereby authorize the sale and conveyance of all the right, title and interest of the County in and to said real property to John Mahon, Center Street, Fonda, New York, for the total sum of Five Thousand and Eight Hundred and Thirty-Nine ($5,839.00) dollars, pursuant to Section 215 of the County Law.
