Local Law No. 6 of 2002 - Authorizing the Private Sale of County-Owned Property, Not Needed for a County Purpose
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery
has determined that County-owned real property, known as SBL No.
35.7-1-34, located at 131 Court Street in the Town of Mohawk, is no
longer necessary for public use.
SECTION 2. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery
hereby authorizes the sale and conveyance of all the right, title and
interest of the County in and to said real property to the Town of
Mohawk, for use. The Town of Mohawk agrees to pay $482.93 to the
County of Montgomery, which represents the total tax delinquency,
administrative fees and deed filing fees.
