County of Montgomery Local law no. 6 of the year 1992
A local law Authorizing the sale of county owned real property not needed for a county purpose, to a corporation at a private sale
Be it enacted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery as follows:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of the County of
Montgomery has determined that County owned real property bearing tax map identification numbers 63,18-1-1.1 and 63.18-1-1.2 is no longer necessary for public use. Said real property is located in the Village of Canajoharie and is commonly known as Wintergreen Industries.
SECTION 2. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery does hereby authorize the sale and conveyance of all the right, title and interest of the County in and to said real property to Charles Wright of W.W. Custom Clad, Inc., Canajoharie, New York, for the total sum of four thousand ($4,000.00) dollars, pursuant to Section 215 of the County Law.
