Local Law No 5 of 2003 - A local law Repealing Local Law No. 7 of 1988 and Local Law No. 6 of 1999, Which Empowered the Montgomery County Administrator to Authorize Budgetary Transfers Between Expense Categories Within the Same Appropriation Account
SECTION 1. The Local Laws which created the Office of the County
Administrator hereby is repealed.
SECTION 2. This Local Law shall take effect when all applicable
statutory requirements for its passage and adoption have been fully
complied with and it has been filed in the Office of the Secretary of
State.
