Local Law No. 5 of 2002 - Modifying the Submission and Review of the Tentative Budget
SECTION 1. Pursuant to County Law, Article 7, Sections 354 and
376, the Budget Officer shall file the Tentative Budget and Budget
Message, if any, with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors no later
than the first day of October.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to County Law, Article 7, Section 357 and
376, the time provided to the committee of the Board of Supervisors
designated to review the Tentative Budget, is extended to twenty days
from the filing of the Tentative Budget with the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect August 1, 2002.
