Local Law No. 5 of 1995 - Authorizing the Private Sale of County-Owned Property, Not Needed for a County Purpose
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery
has determined that County-owned real property known as SBL 46.10-3-26,
is no longer necessary for public use. Said real property is located
in the Village of Nelliston.
SECTION 2. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery
hereby authorizes the sale and conveyance of all the right, title and interest
of the County in and to said real property to Robert Bertholde.
