Local Law NO. 4
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery
has determined that County-owned real property parcels, known as SBL
46.54-2-30, 46.54-2-32, 46.54-2-34 and 46.54-2-36, are no longer
necessary for public use. Said real property is located in the Town of
Minden Village of Fort Plain.

SECTION 2. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery
hereby authorizes the sale and conveyance of all the right, title and
interest of the County in and to said real property to the Village of
Fort Plain.
