Local Law NO. 4
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery
has determined that County-owned real property known as SBL 63.63-2-40,
is no longer necessary for public use. Said real property is located
in the Village of Canajoharie.

SECTION 2. The Board' of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery
hereby authorizes the sale and conveyance of all the right, title and
interest of the County in and to said real property, as follows:

A. TO: Donald E. LaComb, DBA Don’s Electric and Plumbing,
Inc., 55 Church Street, Canajoharie, New York, 13317, that
portion of said property lying on the west side of Mill
Street in the Village of Canajoharie, being a parcel 501 x
92\, for the total sum of one dollar ($1.00), pursuant to
.Section 215 of the County Law.

B. TO: Dean Mosher, Division Street, St. Johnsville, New
York 13452, that portion of said property lying on the east
side of Mill Street in the Vi 11 age of Canajoharie, being a
parce1 10I X 50 I, for the total sum of one dollar ($1. 00),
pursuant to Section 215 of the County Law.
