Local Law NO. 3
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery
has determined that County--owned real property, known as SBL 8.52-3-51
and SBL 8.52-2-18.1, located on Mohawk Street and Bridge Street,
respectively, in the Village of St. Johnsville, is no longer necessary
for public use by the County of Montgomery.

SECTION 2. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery
hereby authorizes the sale and conveyance of all the right, title and
interest of the County in and to said real property to the Village of
St. Johnsville for its use, in the amount of $1.00.
