Local Law NO. 3
A Local Law Repealing “County of Montgomery Local Law
Print No.1, Intro No. 1 of the Year 1971: - a/k/a “A Local
Law Regulating the Use of Public and Private Sewers and
Drains, Private Sewage Disposal, Installation and Connection
of Building Laterals, and the Discharge of Waters and Wastes
into the Public Sewer System; and, Providing Penalties for
the Violation thereof in the Montgomery County Sanitary
District No.1, County of Montgomery, State of New York” and
encompassing the required use of public sewers; private
wastewater disposal; new sewers and sewer extensions;
building laterals, street laterals, connections, and fees;
inflow; trucked waste; discharge restrictions; discharge
permits and pretreatment requirements; administrative,
judicial and miscellaneous enforcement and penalties; sewer
use charges; public disclosure of sanitary district
operations; and, effluent concentration limits of various
toxic and other substances.
