Introductory No. 1 of the year 1974
A local law repealing Local Law No. 2 of the year 1973 in relation to the eligibility of Board of Supervisors members for appointment to certain county offices.
Be it enacted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Montgomery as follows:
SECTION 1. The local law in relation to the eligibility of Board of Supervisors members for appointment to certain county offices adopted June 28, 1973, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
