A Local Law for the establishment of a Montgomery County Mental Health Board pursuant to Article 8-A of the Mental Hygiene Law of the State of New York.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF MONTGOMERY AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 8-A, Community Mental Health Services Act of the Mental Hygiene Law of the State of New York, there is hereby created and established a Montgomery County Mental Health Board in and for the whole of the County of Montgomery.
Section 2. This Local Law shall take effect when filed in the office of the Secretary of State.
