RESOLUTION AMENDING 2019 OPERATING BUDGET AND ESTABLISHING THE POSITION OF STRUCTURAL MAINTENANCE HELPER  - BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS

WHEREAS, pursuant to Res 253 of 2018, which authorized the County Executive to sign an agreement for additional five-miles of mixed-use trailway on the Mohawk-Hudson Trail within Montgomery County the Commissioner of Public Works is requesting an additional full-time employee for maintenance of the Mohawk-Hudson Trail within Montgomery County; and

WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works hereby requests the establishment of an additional Structural Maintenance Helper position, base salary $30,167 (Grade D); and

RESOLVED, the Montgomery County Legislature hereby authorizes and establishes an additional Structural Maintenance Helper position (Grade D); and

RESOLVED, the County Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to amend the 2019 Operating Budget as follows:
