RESOLUTION AMENDING 2016 OPERATING BUDGET - MEDICAL SERVICES (COUNTY LEGISLATURE)

WHEREAS, it is necessary to transfer funds to meet contractual obligations at the Montgomery County Jail for provision of medical services.

RESOLVED, the Montgomery County Legislature hereby authorizes and directs the Montgomery County Treasurer to amend the 2016 Operating Budget as follows:

TRANSFER FROM:
A-30-4-1990-00.4400	Contigent Account Contractual Expenses	$6,867.00
TRANSFER TO:
A-15-4-3150-00.4431	Professional Services	$6,867.00
