RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2015 OPERATING BUDGET - DRUG ABUSE PREVENTION PROGRAM (MENTAL HEALTH)

WHEREAS, expenditures for Drug Abuse Prevention Services and Court Related Expenses were higher than anticipated for 2015; and

WHEREAS, there were savings under the lines of Assisted Outpatient Treeatment and Director of Community Services lines; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Community Services has recommended transferring funds to provide payment to the Drug Abuse Prevention Program operated by Catholic Charities of Montgomery County.

RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to amend the 2015 Operating Budget as follows:
