RESOLUTION AMENDING 2015 OPERATING BUDGET – DONATIONS FOR YOUTH DAY-2015 (YOUTH, ALTERNATIVES TO INCARCERATION & VETERANS’ SERVICES)

WHEREAS, at the County Executive’s request, the Montgomery County Dept. of Youth, ATI & Veterans Services will host Youth Day-2015 on July 14^th, 2015 at the Montgomery County Annex Building and adjoining field/playground area owned by the Village of Fonda, and

WHEREAS, donation requests have been made to help fund Youth Day-2015, and

WHEREAS, the the Department of Youth, ATI & Veterans Services has received donations from the community with more donations anticipated, and

WHEREAS, donations are anticipated in the amount of $2,450.00 and are earmarked to be used towards Montgomery County Youth Day-2015,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to amend the 2015 Operating Budget, as follows

INCREASE REVENUES:

 A-21-3-2705                           Gifts and Donations                           $2,450.00

 

INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS:

A-21-4-7310-00-4559               Outreach Programs                             $2,450.00

MOTION TO AMEND by Legislator Kelly, seconded by Legislator Bieniek to increase the revenue and appropriation lines by $1600 for a total of $4050, passed with Aye(7). Legislators Dimond and Duchessi were absent.(7/28/2015)
